These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by LawFirm Marketing Pro ("LFMP," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully. By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or engaging LFMP for services, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the law firm you represent, and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.
2Description of Services
LFMP provides marketing and lead-generation services to law firms, which may include paid advertising management, landing-page development, intake-process consulting, CRM and follow-up automation, optional trained intake support, and reporting.
LFMP is a marketing services company only. We do not provide legal services, legal advice, or representation, and we do not guarantee any specific case, client, or revenue outcome. Nothing in our services creates an attorney-client relationship.
3Client Responsibilities
To deliver our services effectively, we rely on your cooperation. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested.
- Grant the access needed to advertising accounts, analytics, and CRM tools to operate and optimize campaigns.
- Respond to leads and participate in the intake process and any agreed protocols in a timely manner.
- Ensure your own marketing claims, communications, and conduct comply with all applicable laws and the rules of professional responsibility governing attorneys in your jurisdiction.
4Payment Terms
- Monthly retainer. Our services are provided for a monthly retainer fee, billed in advance as set out in your engagement.
- Ad spend is separate. Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to Google, Meta, or other ad platforms — never through LFMP. The retainer does not include ad spend.
- Monthly rolling. Engagements are month-to-month with no long-term contracts required. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5No Guarantee of Results
While we work to improve your consultation volume and marketing performance, results depend on many factors outside our control — including your practice area, market, ad budget, intake cooperation, and competition. We make no guarantee of specific results, case outcomes, lead volume, or revenue. Any examples or figures shared are illustrative and not promises of performance.
6Intellectual Property
All materials we create in the course of providing services — including landing pages, ad creative, scripts, automation workflows, and reports — together with our website content, methods, and branding, remain the intellectual property of LFMP unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables created specifically for your firm for your own business purposes. You retain ownership of content and materials you provide to us.
7Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LFMP and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount of retainer fees you paid to LFMP in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement at the end of any monthly billing period by providing written notice. We may suspend or terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or engage in conduct that is unlawful or harmful. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees accrued through the end of the then-current billing period.
9Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
10Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
